WHAT IS AN AMBER ALERT?

This is a free service that helps the public find lost or missing children across the country. You can have Amber Alerts on your cell phone. Amber Alerts have saved many children already, and continue to be a great tool in locating lost children.

It is a LOT quicker than other methods, and has already resulted in many children being rescued.

This page used to feature a ticker that showed current Amber Alerts across the country. Now somebody else has bought the site, and it no longer is a "real" Amber Alert site. The link above IS the official site to go to for Amber Alert signups and information now.

The goal of an AMBER Alert is to instantly galvanize the entire community to assist in the search for and the safe recovery of the child."
